Majestic Autumn in all its colourful glory: utilising the best of what the season has to offer.
A home styling key trend colour of Autumn 2021 is orange, it featured heavily in our Best in Category Houseplant Studio at RHS Chelsea Flower Show in September. We mixed it with natural materials, lush foliage and decorative items to create stunning focal points. You can easily recreate the look at home by updating your pots, rearranging your plants and displaying them alongside objects that you might already have at home, such as coloured glass, faux fur, jars, vases, plates and wax candles. We love to add accents of nature, such as pine cones, natural berries, wooden branches or seasonal squash.
Fun Fruits
The ultimate pot to place an orange Nertera granadensis, or Bead Plant on. The berries of this delightful little plant lasts well into the winter months and are perfect for table settings. Styled here with Autumn squash set against a bright orange cushion.

Cocooning at Home
Vriesea ‘Red Chestnut’ has striped leaves and deep crimson colouring that glow in the Autumn sun. Home styling showcased here with two pots of the same colour but each with a different pattern, they can sit on faux fur for a warm, cosy look.

Autumn Flower
This earthenware pedestal pot in brown has a beautiful handmade finish – the perfect accompaniment to yellow flowers and styled on an occasional tray or table. Houseplant suggestion: Aglaonema ‘Pink Star’ would be an ideal plant to go with this pot.
