The Alocasia ‘Zebrina’ is a beautiful tropical plant known for its large, arrowhead-shaped leaves with striking zebra-like silver and green variegated patterns.
One of the most ornamental Alocasias, ‘Zebrina’ adds drama wherever it’s placed with its large, veiny leaves. New leaves emerge with a reddish tinge before maturing into the zig-zag silver and dark green colouration. The prominent leaf veins stand out against the background colours.
Pot size: 17 cm - Height (including pot): 65cm approx.
This plant needs to be placed in a bright location, protected from direct sunlight.
Moisture-loving plant, need to keep the soil moist but do not let water accumulate.
The ‘Zebrina’ thrives in temperatures around 15°C – 28°C.
This plant is a tropical plant and flourishes in humid conditions. Preferably humidity levels should be over 60%.
Fertilise weekly during the growing season (March-Oct) for optimum growth. If ingested this plant can be toxic or poisonous, please keep away from pets and small children.
