Anthurium warocqueanum

£196.00

Anthurium warocqueanum, also known as the Queen Anthurium, is a rare and coveted species of Anthurium. Originally found in the rainforests of Venezuela and Colombia, this plant is known for its stunning large, deeply lobed leaves and distinctive white veins that create a mesmerising contrast against its dark green, velvety textured foliage. While the primary attraction of Anthurium warocqueanum is its stunning leaves, it can produce small, inconspicuous flowers on occasion. The flowers are usually hidden within the foliage and are not particularly showy.

With the right care, this stunning anthurium will add a touch of royalty and luxury to any home decor.

We use 100% recyclable packaging, using FSC Certified cardboard boxes but if you are happy to have your order packaged in pre-used packaging, please tick this box.

Plant care

Pot size: 20cm - Height (including pot): 50cm approx.

It thrives in bright, indirect light. Protect it from direct sunlight, which can scorch the delicate leaves.

This plant requires regular watering to keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. If watered infrequently and if you let the soil stay dry for several days, the Queen will start to get crispy leaves.

These plants thrive in temperatures between 18°C to 29°C.

Proper humidity is crucial; as it mimics its natural rainforest habitat. You can achieve this by misting the plant, using a humidity tray, or placing a humidifier nearby.

All plants within the Anthurium genus are toxic to cats and dogs. Feed every three months.
