This plant enjoys bright, indirect light.
Only water once the top inch of soil has dried out and avoid letting this plant stand in water.
Average UK home temperatures are fine for this plant, but keep it out of cold draughts.
Begonias enjoy humidity (around 75 - 95%), so mist regularly and especially when the air is drier, for example, when the central heating is on. If the air is too dry, you may see the leaves begin to crisp.
This plant is toxic to animals, so best avoided if you have pets. Although they look it, the spikes on this plant are not sharp!
