This sought-after Begonia is exceptionally exotic in appearance.   It is commonly known as a Palm leaf begonia. Leaves are palm-like with striking red-bronze undersides held on deep red-purple stems which are almost like canes. During Spring – Summer pale yellow-white flowers form in clusters. It comes potted in a terracotta pot.

Plant care

Pot size: 16cm - Height (including pot): 52cm approx.

This plant enjoys bright, indirect light.

Keep the soil evenly moist. Water only when 0.8 inches of the top layer is dry. Reduce watering in winter months.

Normal UK room temperatures between 12°C - 25°C are fine for this plant. Keep away from a radiator.

Average room humidity is more than enough to satisfy this plant.

This plant is toxic to animals if ingested, so keep away from pets. Feed lightly during growing season.
