Dracaena marginata is commonly known as the Dragon Tree and a popular indoor plant. It is an attractive plant with long, green slender leaves edged with red. It is a low maintenance plant and a great choice for a beginner because they are drought tolerant and not fussy about their light conditions. It’s a member of the dracaena family, and native to Madagascar.

Prefers bright, indirect light but will tolerate lower light.
This plant is drought-resistant and does not require a lot of water. Water when the top half of the soil is completely dry.
Average UK household temperatures are fine but keep away from draughty spots.
Does not require a lot of humidity.
Toxic to cats and dogs. Feed once a month between growing season (Spring and Summer).
