Ficus lyrata Bambino


The Ficus lyrata is commonly known as the Fiddle-leaf fig and is a popular houseplant featuring large, heavily veined, violin-shaped leaves that grow upright.  The Bambino is relatively a new dwarf cultivar of the Ficus lyrata. This plant is native to the the tropical parts of Africa, where they thrive in very warm and wet conditions.

Plant care

Pot size 12cm - Height (including pot): 50cm approx.

Bright, indirect light.

Water them when the top inch of soil feels dry. Avoid overwatering as the plant will drop its leaves.

Ideal temperatures are between 16°C-24°C.

No specific humidity needs.

Toxic to cats and dogs. Feed once a month during growing season.
