Hoya fungii

£10.99

Hoya fungii is a trailing plant prized for its large scented flower clusters and lush foliage. It is native to Thailand and a species in the dogbane family Apocynaceae. It is an evergreen vine that climbs via aerial roots. The leaves are oval in shape and have a succulent texture and grow in pairs along the vine. The leaves are a dark green on the top and a lighter green on the underside. The flowers emerge in umbrella-shaped clusters at the ends of peduncles arising from the leaf axils.

In its native Thailand, Hoya fungii grows as an epiphyte (when one plant grows on another without harming it) in tropical forests and often found growing on trees or rocks.
