Description
Hoya lacunosa ‘Mint’ is an evergreen vining epiphyte (when one plant grows on another without harming it). The leaves of Hoya lacunosa ‘Mint’ are unique with their satiny, waxy texture, and are splendidly coloured minty-green with creamy white variegation. From late spring into summer, Hoya lacunosa ‘Mint’ produces showy clusters of fragrant flowers and are faintly fragrant with a sweet scent.
Hoya lacunosa is native to forest and jungle habitats in parts of China, India, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam. The ‘Mint’ cultivar originated as a variegated mutant in cultivation.
