This mini Chinese money plant has almost perfectly rounded leaves that are coin-shaped, hence where it gets in name! Leaves will be green all year round.
Plant care
Pot size: 6cm - Height (including pot): 9cm approx.
Place your Pilea peperomioides in a warm, bright spot away from direct sun. The leaves will reach for light, so rotate your Pilea regularly to ensure even growth.
Moisture-loving, keep the soil moist but do not let water accumulate.
This plant is most comfortable between 10°C and 30°C.
Pileas do not need much extra humidity. Mist regularly if your air is dry.
Fertilise weekly during the growing season (March-Oct) for optimum growth. This plant is non-toxic so is suitable for young children and pets.
