Monstera borsigiana ‘Variegata’ is a social media sensation!  This rare hard-to-find plant has stunning-looking white patterns that cover its leaves.  The stunning white colouring means that these plants have less chlorophyll than regular Monsteras, which means they will have a harder time converting sunlight to energy.  The difference between a Monstera deliciosa (the common Cheese plant) and Monstera borsigiana when comparing both, is that the Monstera deliciosa has a larger leaf.  This stunning plant is easy to care for.

Pot size: 12cm - Height: 40cm approx.

This plant will need lots of bright, indirect sunlight.

Water about once a week on average, keep the soil slightly moist and well-draining. In Winter feel the compost before you water it so the plant does not become waterlogged.

18°C - 29°C is ideal for optimum growth, they can tolerate down to 10°C but this will stunt growth. Avoid draughts from windows which can cause a sudden temperature change which they will not like.

This plant does best in temperatures between 18°C to 27°C.

Toxic for cats and dogs. Use a balanced fertiliser, once a month during Spring and Summer which is its growing season.
