Description
Pachypodium densiflorum is a striking and unusual succulent. It is a species of flowering plant in the Apocynaceae family and its name means ‘dense flowered’. It is a branching plant, and the caudex becomes dense with spines. Leaves are dark green and have a feathery appearance. These plants drop leaves in Autumn and regrow again in Spring. Flowers are produced in summer in clusters of yellow. This specimen is a collectable and one of the easiest Pachypodium to grow. It originates from Madagascar.
