The Philodendron ‘Narrow’ is a cultivar known for its very narrow, upright leaves. Commonly known as Tiger Tooth.

Leaves are long, narrow spikes that emerge upright and are a deep green in colour, smooth with a shiny texture. The narrow shape give the plant a very sleek elegant look. Native to tropical South America and it belongs to the Araceae family.  It is a low maintenance and fairly easy to care for as houseplants.

Plant care

Pot size: 14cm - Height (including pot): 45cm approx.

This houseplant thrives in bright, indirect light.

Average water needs. Allow the top inch or so of the soil to dry out before watering again.

Maintain a warm and tropical environment for your Philodendron, with temperatures ranging from 18-27°C. Avoid exposing it to temperatures below 10°C.

This plant appreciates higher humidity levels. You can increase humidity by misting the plant regularly, using a humidity tray, or placing a humidifier nearby.

Toxic to cats and dogs when ingested. Feed your Philodendron with a balanced liquid fertiliser during the growing season (typically spring and summer) every 4-6 weeks.
