Shipping and Returns
We send to UK postcodes only. N1 Garden Centre is pleased to offer a fixed price of £5.50 for tracked delivery and free for orders over £50.
This service extends across England, Wales and Scotland, however, there are some exceptions of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles and Isle of Wight. If you are from these regions, please contact email@example.com to discuss delivery options.
Once the order leaves our garden centre, you will receive a notification from our delivery provider so you can track your parcel. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday-Friday). We do not ship at weekends.
Our delivery provider will text/email with a time slot on the morning of your delivery.
Please note N1 Garden Centre cannot take responsibility for a lost order once delivered to a safe place. We advise that you follow the tracking link and change your preference to ensure your plant is not returned to a depot or left in a box longer for more than what it needs.
Click and Collect Option
The collection address is West Six Garden Centre, Ravenscourt Park, London, W6 0SL.
Click and Collect operates at the following times; Tuesday to Sunday between 10.00am – 4.30pm.
An email/text will be sent when your order is ready for collection.
We guarantee that all our plants are in healthy condition free from visible pests and disease at the time of sale. We will do our best to match the plant with a true likeness to the plant displayed on the website but there may be some natural variation.
Despite our best efforts, plants and pots are delicate and occasional damages are foreseeable. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge or offer a refund. Please notify us within the first 24 hours by attaching a photo along your your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you change your mind, we offer a 14 day returns for all plants purchases. For all other items bought online we offer 28 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will need to cover the return shipping cost. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the item and it has been inspected by us.
